Serving Santa Monica and greater Los Angeles. Online therapy offered to California residents.

Do you worry you feel too much? Or maybe too little?

Brainspotting therapy can help you name your experience and reclaim your body again.

COMMON MYTH: “Talking it out” is the only way to heal after traumatic experiences.

But what if I told you… we can help you use your brain to process the nitty gritty of your traumatic experiences without you feeling the pressure to share all the details. Trauma can get stuck in our physical body and we have to use brain-based interventions to help ourselves move beyond a trauma state and into a thriving state. It requires an emotionally attuned and trained professional to help guide this experience.

But what if you’ve tried different therapists and coaches and it’s just not addressing the problem?

You might be ready for a brain-based approach to processing your trauma.

When trauma goes unaddressed it can lead to…

  • Feeling numb and dead inside and you don’t know why

  • Feeling easily overwhelmed and you don’t know know what’s causing it

  • Feeling chronically unsafe in your environment, your relationships and your body

  • Feeling scared that you will always feel these unbearable and unmanageable symptoms

  • Worrying that you’ll get triggered again, causing you to avoid social interactions and other “risky” environments

We use a relational approach to Brainspotting.

We combine Brainspotting and depth therapy to help you finally process that trauma that’s been haunting you.
