Professional women are supposed to know it all, do it all, and keep it all together.

We are constantly stressed out,

mad at ourselves for missing the mark,

and hyper-focused on perfection.

This is not the recipe for a calm, grounded, and successful life.

We need actual skills for calming down our stressed out nervous system.

✨ Have you tried coping with skills like breathing or meditation, but struggle to focus?
✨ Do you find yourself filling your self-care time with “productive” tasks?
✨ Are you already in talk therapy, but want to learn new skills to process and cope with your emotions?
✨ Do you need a teacher to help you learn these skills and actually implement them?

This group will teach you how to cope with and process your emotions and stress with practical and immediately applicable somatic processing skills. What does that mean? It means we will teach you through body movements and practices how to finally feel calm again. Each group session will be a mix of education and practical skills application. We meet each week in-person in Santa Monica, California. The group will learn skills and then practice applying them throughout the stressful week.
