Medical professionals are supposed to show up and serve, even when they are stressed out or traumatized by their jobs.

We are constantly stressed out and pushed to our limit,

mad at ourselves for missing the mark,

and hyper-focused on just surviving moment-to-moment.

This does not lead to feeling calm and present in our jobs.

We want to serve our patients, but we need to process our trauma first.

✨ Do you have difficulty managing the constant stressors that come up as a medical professional?
✨ Have you tried coping with skills like breathing or meditation, but struggle to actually feel better?
✨ Do you find yourself filling your self-care time with “productive” tasks?

This group will teach medical professionals how to cope with and process your emotions and stress with practical and immediately applicable skills. What does that mean? It means we will teach you through emotional processing and practices how to finally feel calm again. Each group session will be a mix of education and practical skills application. We meet each week virtually and the group is open to anyone in California. The group will learn skills and then practice applying them throughout the stressful week.
